Description of the conveyor functions
The plank or board bundles are loaded so that the first bundle is placed on the top of the bumper edge.
The next bundles are loaded so that the distance to the previous bundle is as short as possible. The bundles are aligned against the posts.
TRANSFERRING THE LOAD TO THE CONTAINER
The maritime container is placed approx. 10-20 cm away from the conveyer. The latches of the cable lock are placed on the locking holes in the maritime container's sides.
The conveyor is turned by means of the "turning" poles so that the guiding posts and the side walls of the container are aligned. The conveyor is moved sideways in the middle of the container's loading hole with the "side movement" poles. The height of the conveyor is regulated with the "supports" poles so that it corresponds to the height of the container's base. The locking cables are tightened with the "locking" poles.
The load is transferred near the container's loading hole by pushing the switch "forward".
The distance of the load is verified, it must be approx. 2-3 cm away from the container's left inner wall. When the load is shifted as closely as possible to the left wall, you must ensure that the load fits inside the container since you cannot see the remaining distance on the right side.
After making sure that the load fits in, you can shift the load with double speed by using the "speeder" pole.
Since the bumper goes approx. 400 mm inside the container, the load doesn't have to be smooth from the back. The transfer time of the load from the conveyor to the container is approx. 3 minutes (without the speeder, approx. 6 minutes)
By pushing the "behind" switch, the bumper returns to its start position and stops automatically.
